Bespoke Items & Pre-Order

 

Can I order from a previous collection?

Yes, you can! The style will be the same but the fabric may differ. Feel free to call 087-1333514 for more information.

 

What does pre-order mean?

These pieces are all handmade and take up to 3-4 weeks to be completed. 

 

Do you create bespoke pieces?

Yes, we do! Please fill out this form and a member of the team will get back to you. Alternatively, you can call 087-1333514.

 

How long does it take to place a bespoke order?

For all bespoke orders, we require a minimum notice of 4-5 months, prior to your event. 

 

Shipping & Returns

 

What is your returns policy?

We aim to make sure our customers love everything they receive from us, but in the unlikely event that you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Simply email us at info@marionmurphycooney.com and we’ll provide you with all the details.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Ready to wear (in stock) will be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 working days. For any items on pre-order, it will take 3-4 weeks. 

 
Do you have a tracking number?

We use an Post and every order will have a tracking number.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do. 

 
What is your international shipping policy?

As the recipient, you, the customer are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of such duties and taxes is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note that we are unable to advise the amount this may be. The shipping company will inform you about the cost on arrival. This may delay your delivery time; it is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges to local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs which may be incurred and are payable to Marion Murphy-Cooney.

 
How long does it take to get my refund?

After goods have been returned in the correct manner within 14 days, a refund will be issued to your means of payment. We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible, however during busy periods this can take up to 28 days. Your refund may take up to 3 days to see in your bank statement depending on your bank. Refunds are only available on faulty items.

 
Can I cancel my online order?

If you order an item that is in stock, you can cancel your online order within 12 hours. For items on pre-order, these are made specifically for you so please cancel your order within 3 hours. 

 
Who pays for the shipping charges to return a product?

Refunds will not include delivery charges unless in the unlikely case where you were sent the wrong product or the goods received were faulty then the delivery charge will be refunded.

 
I have a faulty garment, what do I do?

Here at Marion Murphy-Cooney, we put a great deal of time, effort and precision to every garment we produce. It’s highly unlikely that you would receive a faulty garment however, if you feel like there is a defect with your garment, please email us with images of the fault at info@marionmurphycooney.com and we will be in touch to discuss the next step.

Vouchers

At present, vouchers purchased online can only be redeemed online and not in store. Vouchers purchased in store can only be redeemed in store and not online.
